An immersive adventure starring the Keeper of Paintings' cat, Claws Monet, at The National Gallery's Roden Centre for Creative Learning

The National Gallery's Roden Centre for Creative Learning (RCCL) opened in March 2025 after four years of planning and renovation, and immediately set a new global standard in cultural destinations for schools and families. The stunning artistic space is chock-full of creative genius - including the newest addition to the 'Keeperverse', The Keeper of Paintings: Canvas Quest!

The Keeper of Painting's mischievous cat, Claws Monet, gets his own starring role in this web-based hide-and-seek adventure set across the new RCCL, transforming into all manner of weird and wonderful shapes and hiding in the Gallery's masterpieces, for players to find.

The learning experience allows players to meet Claws and the Keeper, but also high quality digital versions of masterpieces from the national collection, all in magical augmented reality, as they explore all of the amazing spaces in the RCCL.
