Nike Jordan and JD Sports team up for interactive WebAR basketball game
This WebAR experience gave fans the chance to win a pair of Jordan trainers in a fun and interactive way
Nike Jordan and JD Sports teamed up with Know Mean Feat and Superla agencies to create an immersive, interactive AR basketball game experience to give fans a chance to win a pair of Jordan trainers.
The iconic Air Jordan Jumpman logo served as a QR code to trigger a real-time game in a seamless WebAR experience. Players were prompted to pick a team, shoot to score by swiping across their phone screen and submit their scores to win prizes. The top 23 high scorers won a pair of Jordan trainers.
The six-week campaign drew in players across European JD Sports stores in London and Stretford in England, in Paris, France, and in Antwerp, Belgium, resulting in over 8,000 interactions.
Superla provided the AR game development and build. Know Mean Feat provided the installation.
