Find your next adventure with Stillhouse Whiskey’s WebAR experience
Users can unlock a fully functional map that lists thousands of Points of Interest across the United States
As part of their #GETYOURCANOUTTHERE campaign, Stillhouse Whiskey created a highly interactive connected packaging experience which transforms the unique Stillhouse Whiskey Can into an immersive journey for consumers.
Using their smartphone, customers access the experience by scanning the QR code found at the top of their Stillhouse Whiskey Can. Once scanned, customers are asked to align a graphic with the Whiskey Can in their physical space. Next, a sticker appears across the Can that customers tap to start their adventure. Instantly, the Can begins to transform into a 3D fully functional topographical map that lists thousands of Points of Interest across the United States. Customers can click on the POIs to find Parks and Landmarks, as well as every store and bar location stocking Stillhouse in the USA. A navigation button for each location shows navigation instructions for the selected POI. Once the customer has finished exploring the map, a Stillhouse-branded bandana selfie appears which they can use to snap a selfie with friends.
Created by Aircards in partnership with TEAM enterprises and powered by 8th Wall, this experience is a great example of tying brand values into a WebAR experience. Through the use of custom 3D animation, compass wayfinding and a fully functional map feature, Stillhouse drinkers can use the experience to find their next adventure, and somewhere new to enjoy a cup of Stillhouse Whiskey with friends.
