Gameplay:

Stay with the rhythm and match each expression in the trigger while the song plays. Hit the right notes to keep the volume high; miss them, and the volume drops. Rack up points to earn the glorious Face Hero crown! Don’t worry if you miss a beat—just keep trying until you succeed!

Mechanics:

This project is based on Niantic's AR face effects, utilizing expression detection and face attachments. During the song, the facial controller adds or removes listeners based on the events corresponding to the expressions the user must mimic. When the user successfully triggers an expression at the right time, they earn a point. Attachments indicate the user’s performance: glasses or a crown are anchored to their face when they're doing well, while a bird appears to encourage improvement when they're falling behind.
