NEXT/NOW collaborated with Serta to create a WebAR application that helps view and select the best mattress for each person's sleeping habits.
Shoppers walking the aisles of Sam’s Club have the chance to scan a QR code within the Sam's Club shopping environment and be brought on a journey that will help in their decision-making process. The app includes some of Serta's top selling mattresses, foundations, and box spring to explore key features, view in real scale, and compare prices and attributes. This presented the opportunity for shoppers understand the mattresses in-store, while still keeping the kiosk footprint to a minimum by reducing the use of actual mattresses.
